Thoughtful planning begins with listening.
Dan earned his law degree from the University of Tulsa College of Law, where he graduated with honors in 2000. Estate planning has been the primary focus for most of his legal career. Dan particularly enjoys the relational side of estate planning. He believes a good estate plan begins with listening and understanding each client's family, circumstances, concerns, and goals. From there, his role is to explain the available options clearly and help clients put a plan in place that accomplishes what matters to them.
In addition to his legal training, Dan has a B.A. in Communication from Wheaton College and an M.S. in Counseling from Oklahoma State University. His professional background includes work both as an attorney and as a licensed professional counselor.
Dan's wife, Michelle, works in his office as his paralegal. She is also an accomplished professional violinist with a B.M.E. in Music Education from Oral Roberts University and an M.M. in Violin Performance from Texas Tech University.
